- The name, address, and identity document details provided during registration must be genuine and verifiable.

- Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at bk88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
- Transferring funds on behalf of or from third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Deposited funds may only be used for lawful recreational betting purposes.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
Members may withdraw their winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- bk88 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at bk88 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies and your total balance will be ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
- Only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically indicated.
- bk88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
4.3 VIP Program
The bk88 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity and receive weekly cashback benefits — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at the Diamond tier. VIP benefits apply only to members who fully comply with these Terms.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Policy
All bets at bk88 are considered final — once confirmed, they cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error, bk88 may declare the result of that bet void.
- All bets are settled based on clear and impartial rules.
- Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet must be reported to support within 72 hours.
- Any attempt to manipulate bets or exploit the system is prohibited.
5.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets can cover various types such as match result, total runs, over/under, and more. bk88 reserves the right to change or close any market at any time.
5.3 Casino Games
Casino games include slot machines, live casino, and other games. Each game has its own rules displayed within the game. bk88 uses only impartial and certified game software and is committed to ensuring fair play.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk88 platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:
- Creating or using multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
- Misuse of the bonus system or attempts at bonus hunting.
- Introducing hacking tools, viruses, or harmful software to the platform.
- Placing bets using any automated bot or robotic software.
- Playing on behalf of or using funds from a third party.
- Making fraudulent arrangements with other members (collusion).
- Pressuring, harassing, or threatening bk88 staff.
If a member is believed to be engaged in any of the above activities, bk88 may suspend that account's transactions and withdrawals until an investigation is complete.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Account Closure by bk88
bk88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Refusing or delaying submission of KYC documents.
- Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
7.2 Account Closure by the Member

At the time of account closure, any active deposited balance remaining, if wagering requirements have not been met, will be returned as the original deposit amount minus any bonus funds.
